![]() ![]() Lauren has really grown to love developing players as early in their volleyball career as possible, she focuses on growing their skills as well as attention to detail in their form and technique. ![]() She has a fiancee Scott, and three children Braxton (9) and Scarlett (6), and Parker. Lauren is currently a Business Education teacher at Cy-Fair High School. She then coached at Xcel Volleyball Club for the next five years, coaching all ages from their developmental program up to the 16U team. ![]() Junior OH Taylor Porter (Vanderbilt-commit) has been on fire all season long, and that has carried over into the playoffs, now that she surpassed 500 kills on the year. After graduating in 2014, she began her coaching career in The Woodlands where she was a coach for Legends Volleyball Program helping develop their program that specialized in players 1st grade to 8th grade. Cypress Ranch (35-5 14-0) is coming off a three-set sweep over Klein Cain in the postseason opener, which brings their growing win-streak to 18. While playing at Oklahoma Wesleyan her team made multiple conference championships and her senior year they qualified for the NCCAA National Tournament in Kissimmee, FL. She has coached club volleyball since she was 18 giving her a total of 20 years coaching She is currently the the Varsity Head Coach at Cy-Ranch High School. She continued her volleyball career there at OKWU where she was a setter and right side hitter all 4 years. Lauren, Spring, Texas native, graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University with her degree in Business Marketing. ![]()
